This vast array of art created by Marycove girls has successfully captured the joy, frustrations, and sorrow of growing up. These young women have translated the struggles and victories into awesome colors, shapes and texture.

Creation ･ The Sign of Life

Creative process is a vital part of Art Therapy, through which we come to know who we really are, and what we value by exploring different options and unlocking our potentials. The process helps us to build up our confidence and find our balance allowing our minds, emotions, actions to be realigned.

Yet, the creative process is not without challenges; sometimes it is the material for example, scratch paper is an unforgiving material, once a mark is made there is no turning back- the artist has no choice but to strive through til it is done. Sometimes, it is the process that is unpredictable and very difficult to maneuver; like bubble prints the artists never have full control but to flow with it, make the most out of the experience …and enjoy the process!

蝴蝶奮力飛去擋著那洶湧的情緒窗戶。要擋住，不要讓不安的情緒湧出來。蝴蝶可以控制情緒，給建議，但還是要依靠自己。

 

10年了，蝴蝶累了，但永不言棄！雖然辛苦，但仍是要讓他安全。
